We’ll start with a friendly conversation with a coffee and a cake, either over an online call or in person if possible. I’d love to hear about your business goals, your needs, and the vision you have for your brand. Based on this, I’ll prepare and send you a custom quote.

Based on your answers to the questionnaire, I’ll do some market research to better understand your competitors and your ideal clients. Then I’ll create two custom moodboards to explore the visual direction of your brand – colors, moods, and vibes included.

Here’s where your vision starts to come to life! I’ll create the first design concepts for your logo and/or website based on everything we’ve discovered so far.
You’ll get to see multiple concepts, and we’ll tweak and refine things until you’re absolutely in love with your new brand.

After final testing and the last payment, I’ll hand over everything – your finished files, your website, and all the goodies we’ve created.

Will I be able to edit my website myself?
Yes, absolutely! At the end of the project, I’ll show you how to edit and update your site. During the process, I’ll also ask how you’d like to manage your content in the future, and what kind of things you’d like to upload. I make sure your website is easy for you to use and maintain, even after we’re done.
What do I need to send you for the website?
The sooner you can provide the content (text and images), the better! Having your materials ready during the design phase helps us plan everything more precisely and saves time during development.
How long will it take to build my website?
That depends on what you need. 🙂 For a simple website with 3–4 pages (like a homepage, about page, and contact page), and if everything is ready to go, it usually takes around 3–4 weeks. Iy you need it asap, check out my wordpress themes in the shop.
What’s not included in the website maintenance?
Regular content updates, changes, or adding new pages are not part of the standard maintenance plan — but I’m happy to help with those too, based on an hourly rate or a custom agreement.
What is hosting?
Hosting is basically the “home” for your website — a server where all your website files live. It’s what makes your site available on the internet. If you’d like, I can help you set it up, along with your domain and SSL certificate.
Can you help me with the content (text & images)?
Absolutely! If you’re stuck, I’m happy to guide you with what kind of content works best for your website. I can also help with structure, copywriting ideas, or recommend professionals if needed.
What platforms do you build websites on?
I usually work with WordPress, Divi or custom HTML, depending on what fits your business best. I’ll always recommend the best option for you, not just what’s easiest for me.
What if I need help later on?
Don’t worry — I’m not disappearing after launch! 😄 If you need help later, you can always reach out for updates, changes, or even new pages. I offer flexible support options for returning clients.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
Nope, you don’t! I know investing in a website, your branding is a big step. To get started, you’ll only need to pay 40% of the total price as a deposit. The rest is due at the end, once everything’s ready and you’re happy with the final result.
